What are the best aspects of this product?
Method CRM is quite comprehensive. It can store so much customer information, is customizable, and the search capabilities are very good.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I encountered some problems with consistency in integration with QB's online. We always have problems with it running on our Citrix server and losing connection with QB's. We have to constantly get a hold of our IT guys to re-sync them. It may be caused by few issues and might not just be because of Method itself.
