What are the best aspects of this product?
QuickBooks Online does not have the function to enter internal notes for the invoices for the salespeople to review without the customer knowing on their statements. And we no longer have to give out statements to customers anymore when we can give them customer portals instead to clarify which transactions the customers have paid for and what they have still open and pending.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Method CRM has a significant learning curve. It does not reduce the work of the salespeople, but rather adds the time they spend on their invoices, because they have not yet learned how to use Method CRM as their focal program; they always have to keep checking between QBO and Method CRM.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A la carte pricing would be very desirable for us, because we have not been able during our free trial to figure out how to use Method CRM to the extent that it would justify being about 3 or more times more expensive than the subscription of QuickBooks Online. Or we may need a support team who can show us how to use Method instead of QBO as the main program when making invoices for customers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We no longer miss important information from customer calls if they have something significant to share about their invoices but the salesperson who is in charge of those orders is not available for some reason. The others can use the internal notes and activities in Method CRM to form an accurate idea of what they can tell the customers despite the absence of that salesperson. Before Method CRM if Bob's customer called the store asking about their order, Carla would usually say that Bob is out of the office so the customer would have to call again. But now Carla can look into Method and tell Bob's customer what he or she needs to know without risking Bob coming back and saying that his customer was told the wrong stuff.
