What are the best aspects of this product?
As a sales rep this is a very useful tool for me and my company. The ability keep on top of transactions of each customer and see when they last purchased is a great help. We use the Activities as a great way to notate all interactions with our customers to keep everyone on the same page. This is a great tool to help any sales team improve their sales opportunities and in an efficient manner.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the online tutorials/guides do not contact a lot of detail around their subjects. We have also been experiencing issues with Syncing between Quick Books and Method, but have not fully determined the issue.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I am highly interested in seeing what the new Gmail App will be like.
