What are the best aspects of this product?
The integration with Quickbooks makes this a no-brainer for my company.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I did have some login issues, but customer service was able to fix the problem quickly. I do have some issues with the interface of being able to make sales reps (that are no longer employed) to show as inactive.
