Ultimate customizability - almost anything can be modified, added, removed, adjusted, etc. to your pleasure, letting you make it perfect for your business.
Real time two-way sync to QuickBooks is a great plus as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Steep learning curve, especially for customizing the new CRM interface, but the outstanding support, one half-hour guided tour, and free hour with a consultant offset that.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Looking forward to the Scheduling & Invoicing module coming to the new CRM interface, currently only available through the functional-but-unpretty Classic interface.
More integrations; connecting the Method:API to Zapier woud open up a world of possibilities and eliminate the need for creating dozens of connections to popular services like Google Contacts, Wrike, ClickUp, etc..

Could not find CRM or job management software that let me do everything my way. Something would always be lacking. Method's extensive customization options let me change everything to the way I like it, taking the best designs and ideas from other platforms and combining them into one!
