What are the best aspects of this product?

This is the easiest way to track client progress and allows for all staff to be on the same page.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system is a bit slow sometimes.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

For all of the contact information to be on one screen and not need a drop down for the address information. Also to be able to edit client information easier, by that I mean go in and add where the lead came from if you had forgotten to do so.
