PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspects of this product is the 'easy going' use of it.
It is linked to Quickbooks so we could track the process from quotes to invoices.
The Mobile App is very helpful, now my office is my cellphone, not even my desktop or laptop but my mobile device, most of the time I am traveling here and there, selling, I use my cellphone for everything, Method has the app that simplifies my job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it could be better if it has more training materials.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see the alarms linked to my iphone calendar, so I could use only one agenda, also it would be great if it has voice over phone to create appointments.

Customer service and account management.
