PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Set up via Quickbooks Online is virtually effortless and the Method CRM Gmail Gadget is absolutely genius. In fact, I'd say it's the absolute game changer for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quickbooks Online Payment Integration is not available for Canadian users.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Again...Quickbooks Online Payment Integration needs to be made available to Canadian users. I would also like the option of an actual pipeline view of Opportunities. I'm a visual personal and a timeline-style view helps me visualize where I'm at in the midst of a process or project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been doing my best to utilizes Google Calendar and Google Tasks to keep up with the progression of each of my leads and existing clients but I always worry that something will fall through the cracks. This has made these functions and responsibilities so much easier and it's saving me enough time that it will more than make up for the cost of my subscription when my free trial ends.
