What are the best aspects of this product?
QuickBooks integration is great for sales and cost transparency, the CRM is actually customizable for a layperson and they now have good tutorials for almost every aspect of Method, the customer support will always be able to guide you. They are infinitely patient and immediately responsive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Better documentation is needed on some things or expanded to include all aspects of app packs. Method.me came out and rescinded a lot of things that were free or more easily accessible in Classic so the learning curve on how to implement them the same way is a bit much. And please give updated documentation on Method Report Designer; I know it's probably not used much anymore but it's been very useful for us!
