The customization aspect and customer service are strong aspects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am still exploring the ins and out of this program but it's exciting to have one program where all the information on a company can be present. I don't know how other team members will embrace sharing their contacts but it's a work in progress.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love a time-management tool for hourly employees.

Making sure all team members where in sync so potential customers didn't have multiply inquiries.
