What are the best aspects of this product?
So far from the little bit of experience I've had with Method I have been very pleased with their customer support and flow of the software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm still learning my way around, so I'm not sure what could be improved at this point.

Pardot and the opportunities included in the main package.
