PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform is very clean, easy to navigate and provides everything I needed in a CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customization aspect is hard for me. I know code and I edit wordpress websites a lot but the editing tables, forms, and screens are all so interconnected you had to update one and then go and update another to have everything working correctly. It was just a lot to do and a lot to remember how to do every time you needed to make a change.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An email address you can connect that sends leads right to the CRM

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Keeping track of contacts and where they are in the funnel - I have an event business so people take tours and then I have to remember to follow up with them to push them to book. This made the follow up process easier.
