The ability to set follow-ups for myself and my colleagues, the integration with QuickBooks, and the customer support.

Sometimes it doesn't function with my Gmail as it should.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love to be able to set follow up dates by choosing X number of days, months, or weeks rather than by a calendar date.
