What are the best aspects of this product?

METHOD is user-friendly software that has helped our business keep track of our leads and turn them into paying customers. I also like the fact that when I can't quite figure out how to use a certain feature the METHOD support chat is always ready to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, I can't find a flaw that I feel needs better attention.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think it would be helpful to mass delete duplicates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sales tracking.
