What are the best aspects of this product?
If you are working with QB, this is the product to use. The integration was seamless and my client was up and using it very quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've noticed that when the sync engine is operating, there is a slow-down of QB. To be fair, my client us using QBE on a server, which is not the optimum environment for MethodCRM
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Unknown at this time. I will gather feedback from the client's sales team after they have used it for some time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My client needed a sales focused CRM that sync'd with QB. We tried one that was presented as compatible with QBE, but it was not. So far, the sales team seems quite happy.
The similar functions that QB offers is very limited.
