PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Typically using a software is clunky in the beginning, this is very intuitive. I like how you can customize it. Customer support via chat is awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I probably need to spend more time with it, but sometimes I can't find the assignments that I create. That said, I always get the email notifying me about the activity and I guess that's the most important part.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like a category for "conferences" that has calendar functionality. I'd like to assign activities for "register, book hotel, book airfare, send the print ad, send collateral for the goody bag, finalize the presentation, upload the sponsorship agreement, checklist and expo floorplan etc. Thought about using the Vendor functionality for this, but it would be great if you had something specifically designed for conference management.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Getting us off of spreadsheets, enabling clear communication, empowering our customer support team with information about billing thanks to the QuickBooks integration.
