What are the best aspects of this product?
simple user format with out to much information but all if more information is needed then you can customize fields to reflect the data you need for your business! I also love the customer service - if I have a question I have options to contact - email, chat window & phone - and Method actually answeres their phones :)
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
On my CRM wish list for Method is an easier/user friendly interface gadget with Gmail / Gsuites and my wish list has been filled as I'm told major upgrades are coming soon for Google gadget
