PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Integration with Quickbooks and Mailchimp is perfect. You have everything you need a click away like invoices, estimates but also you can export your clients to a specific list in Mailchimp. Love it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to have some technical knowledge to add custom fields in your contact information for example. But after you figured out how it works, it is pretty straightforward.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More integration with others applications like Google Contact or Freshdesk for support.
