PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The product was easy to install and establish a link with QuickBooks Enterprise. I like that fact that it is web based for ease of access no matter where you are. It have a very clean look and so far appears pretty user friendly, and the be frank, the integration with QuickBooks is our number one priority.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've had some syncing issues but my biggest problem has been accessing support. I am in my 30 day trial period and contacting Method via phone is IMPOSSIBLE, and when trying to contact via their chat, they do not respond in a timely manner. Timely to me is within a couple of hours, these guys are just TERRIBLE!!!!!!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Much better support, without it, the product is useless.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None yet, we installed and are in our 30 day trial however do to some syncing problems, and that terrible tech support we've received so far, we have not really used the product. I looks to have real potential however without proper support, the product won't meet our needs.
