We've used this for our company and the customization capabilities have been great. We can tailor it to our needs for clients!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We've had issues with clients being able to pay on their phones.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More capabilities to print graphs & charts of project progress. It would be helpful from a visual standpoint to see how you've done over a few months or a longer span of time.

Invoicing clients, using it as a sales tool, tracking internal goals.
