PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The applicaation is easy to use, excellent support available, we share portal link with clients to view their account info and transactions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sending emails from MethodCRM has been challenging for us, we had to switch to use o365 as a workaround.



Using email templates to send to clients doesn't always populate the client data, this is a bit frustrating.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

better email syncing, templates, campaign distribution

Sharing account information with clients, cutting down on printing invoices. Clients can now view & print nvoices, payments and statements.

Email campaigns, creating an email to be sent to multiple clients without using an external app.
