PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company uses quickbooks for all accounting so the fat that method allows to sync our work directly makes everything so much easier for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've had some issues in the past as far as how the work links to quickbooks but it has always been an easy fix once we call customer service.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The fact that it is linked to QB is what brought us on board I think we would just want to encounter less issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Some of our employees do not have access to quickbooks so being able to still create invoices from method and link them directly has solved a lot.
