The history data records that Metrilo stores is very helpful. This is great for compelling old customers to make new purchases, automating responses to specific behavior, as well as intuitively collect customer reviews and feedbacks. It is efficient for bolstering repeat purchase too, since the tool helps us track previous purchase and when they repeat shopping.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I want specific reporting features to come with exporting capabilities. The user support team has told me that such feature is coming on future releases.
