What are the best aspects of this product?

This has a wonderful UI layout that simply displays data insights. It’s a highly automated and robust tool as well. Perfect if you want to get fast and good ROI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Managing B2B processes is hard. It doesn’t allow deletion of customer profile too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Efficient for traffic, demographics and profit analytics among other data processes. This is the very reason why I enjoyed big success on my first campaign effort. And you can’t find such benefits in other customer relationship management tools.
