What are the best aspects of this product?

MS Office Suite is a platform that has satisfied all my work needs through the years of use. It helps me prepare any document in Word, create slide presentations in PowerPoints, and complete complex calculations in Excel. MS Excel also helps me input data in an easy to comprehend table form. Other wonderful features include superb editing capacities and the useful MS Access tool. MS Office also comes in different versions, such as the Student Edition, where I’ve enjoyed superior security without paying big. Then, the latest upgrade has included the cool auto-suggest when you commit typo errors anywhere in the document, as well as good support for the useful Grammarly tool. Lastly, MS Office has an updating on-demand feature, which means anybody who is using the suite can receive updates anytime. And anybody should leverage on such benefit, whether they’re using MS Office for personal or professional purposes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Microsoft Office is not that affordable for college students, mostly when they do not own a custom Microsoft email ID yet. The student edition isn’t a big help without a business email ID as well. Moreover, I’m annoyed with the notifications or alerts after each update, especially when completing some complex workload. It is also noticeable that cloud collaboration and granting editing permissions are difficult with MS Office. Those are easier to pull-off with Google Drive, among other options, thus I prefer them for small and temporary tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I stick to using the more affordable MS Office editions despite our company paying premium licenses for all personnel. That is primarily because affordable versions still help me complete all work in our office efficiently.
