What are the best aspects of this product?

Microsoft Office allows us to complete our work with the use of different built-in tools. The cloud sharing feature helps us finish all tasks faster, especially because it pumps our collaborative efforts and supports live data sharing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Microsoft Office has too many complex menus and options. They all make it difficult to find a particular function in some instances. We’ve encountered having plenty of sections for our team to select too. Say we’re using the calendar feature in Outlook, we need to uncheck our private calendar before using one for our entire team, and forgetting to do such leads some items to be inserted into a private calendar instead of going straight to the team calendar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Corporate communication has become more efficient for us with the help of built-in templates in Microsoft Office. It helps a lot for setting appointments because it lets you check the provided schedule of all involved people before finalizing the time and date. The conferencing function of MS Teams is also fantastic, especially its hand-raising feature, among others.
