What are the best aspects of this product?

Suitable for everyone and anyone can use it because of its smooth UI. It doesn’t cause any user headaches. But when it does, in rare instances, the support team is there to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are moments when the MS Office consumes a lot of time when loading large files or data. Also, there are tools in the suite that are unneeded by some users. But because the office platform comes in a full package, such unnecessary tools should also be installed. This means additional memory consumption in the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made a few apps unnecessary for completing my tasks. That is because all of its tools are capable of completing my workloads.
