What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a vital necessity for many people, especially for processing and opening different document files. It is perfect for various document tasks such as handling customer details, bookkeeping, and creating corporate letters. It is then easy to upload such documents into the cloud storage and sync it into a few devices. This makes the files easily accessible from anywhere and for anybody in a collaborative setup. And it comes in functional free and paid packages as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The paid package is too costly for us. Moreover, it is hard to use the template search, and the charts from Excel that are used in Word sometimes fail. Sometimes, two or a few users cannot simultaneously edit a document on the cloud too.

It is mostly useful for our accounting needs. It helps us manage finances and handle customer payment details. Also, we find it handy for keeping track of our fleet’s route and upkeep information.
