What are the best aspects of this product?

Many users have started with MS Office and haven’t used other similar platforms for a long time. The MS Outlook is quite sluggish but works for large company use seamlessly. It is suitable for mobile applications too. Also, it is worth to mention that Android or iOS versions of MS Word makes handheld devices a suitable alternative for laptop, especially when on travel. Lastly, I am satisfied that Microsoft stops using all caps letters with its menu. That makes me feel as if the program is yelling loud.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

MS Excel tends to be sluggish when processing huge spreadsheets. I also notice some problems with OneDrive. The autosave feature intuitively activates when you automatically sync files. This means that all changes you make in a document become permanent, thus losing your original copy in the process. That’s why you must copy the original file before syncing the duplicate in the cloud.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Perfect for creating and processing small databases, documents, and spreadsheets. MS Access is great when you need to handle larger data that Excel cannot process; although, I’m not a big user of such a tool. Moreover, MS Office 365 has plugins that work with the apps that we develop.
