Microsoft Office is surely sleek and smooth

What are the best aspects of this product?

Microsoft Office has a few tools and dozens of features, but they all blend in together in a very sleek manner. They make our office workflow super convenient and smooth. The available options help me accomplish small and big tasks such as printing labels, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

MS Word is somehow inferior to the Pages of Apple. It only suits well for plain typing and cannot pull off more advanced document processing work. For example, it is difficult to achieve a superior look of the margins and spacing easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is amazing for many basic workloads in our office every day. MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word are all great. Think of labeling, emailing, as well as creating memorandums, among other tasks. And currently, we’ve started using MS Teams too.
