Microsoft Office is undoubtedly one of the most popular and adaptable all one suite for document processing. It is a great solution for almost all office tasks. You don’t need to worry about documents, spreadsheets, slide presentations, video calls, emailing, conferencing, design, and even remote controlling, among other tasks anymore. It regularly receives updates that carry new additional features and options that make the suite more functional too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to download a vast installation file for the entire suite. This is understandable, considering all the tools and features it has. You also need a powerful computer for running MS office to avoid lags and malfunctions. This is because the suite uses a huge chunk of your computer storage.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Microsoft Office 365 and it is really helping us complete a big part of our work in the company. It can handle documents, spreadsheets, presentations, emailing, video communication, conferences, emailing, and internal chatting, among many other tasks. It is suitable for both our front and back end operations too. We only need to use other apps when doing certain jobs with unique demands.
