What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate how it works superior with Google Docs, among other similar solutions. It has a somehow cohesive layout and function with its old versions too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am having a hard time when printing the contents of Excel spreadsheets. The print screen shows cells that I want to get, but I often have empty cells after the process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Copy-pasting any content from the web to a Word document is easier. I do not need to deal with the hassles of other tools anymore.
