What are the best aspects of this product?

It has many tools and features, but everything sits well with each other. It lets us share different document files from one platform to another seamlessly. This is essential for sharing files with coworkers too. This is truly the first and unbeatable top-notch office suite available.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Document sharing needs some enhancements. For now, it is hard to collaborate with multiple users since a few users cannot edit a document at once. But MS Office works great, especially with its fundamental features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a terrific suite solution for all our document creation and editing demands. It sits well with many other tools that we run in our office too.
