What are the best aspects of this product?

This program is a great thing to have. I have a hard time finding a good place to start. Just about everything about it is simple. Editing can be done with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The latest Word version would end up automatically picking a font style/size and double spacing. If you dislike how it looks or functions, you could make the necessary changes. But don't "delete" too many times or jump around within the page frequently. Otherwise, it'll force itself to go back to its default setting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A great program. We can now makes contracts, waivers, and invoices. It can also handle other documents that I may need. Great for making labels. Perfect for storage or mailing purposes.
