A fantastic software for word processing.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Microsoft was my personal preference for making documents going way back. What's so cool about it is that it consistently pushes advanced functionality. As a result, it's able to keep pace with the latest trends and requirements. Aside from that, they continue to add improved compatibility with other third part programs and applications.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's not a whole lot that I hate with Microsoft Word. I'm always thinking its eyedropper color tool would be useful as a functionality. The tool gives you the option to choose a color found anywhere on the document and make a duplicate of it without diving into color coding. What I don't like is that Word has a tendency to freeze up (requries restart) or seeminly reboots itself when working in the middle of a document.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Microsoft World gives us the ability to utilize a program to create something. Otherwise, it'd take several applications to do just that one thing we want. It's more than just a medium for us to create and edit Word documents. It also helps us tweak or change images within the document.
