What are the best aspects of this product?

Microsoft Word has been lingering around for a long while now. It gets better in each of its upgrade. It's great for just about anything. You can include pie charts, images, paragraphs, and just about anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's Microsoft. So whenever there are upgrades/changes, it can take some time to adjust. However, it makes up for it with its ease of use. Word happens to be the easiest product in the Microsoft family.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using it making documents. The documents are then sent to our staff. Single pagers are usually intended for clients. We use it almost every single day for simple projects.
