Great tool for creating documents

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about this program is its ease of use. No need for elaborate knowledge to be able to start creating documents. It also supports various operating systems so you can install it if you are using Windows, some of Linux versions, etc. It’s flexible and I can change formats, insert graphics, tables and even hyperlinks, modify the styles, and review and edit the documents before printing them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There’s no way to insert alternative text descriptions, the image files have generic names, and there is no technical support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to customize documents with so much ease, pinpoint grammar and spelling mistakes instantly with the aid of the built-in grammar and spelling checker tool, edit and save reports, and many more. Our team in the Directorate of Technology & information system also create technical reports and other work related documents using this platform.
