What are the best aspects of this product?

Fantastic for daily templates and documents. It does a great job in making simple reports, certificates, and newsletters. Even better in adding footnotes and bookmarks. Fantastic for use and effective in terms of cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A bit of challenge in setting page bookmarks and margins from time to time. Setting document pages can be annoying. If you try a different way of setting the first page or odd-even pages, it may not end up working as expected. I hate their page borders.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can come up with basic reports and templates. I can add in bookmarks. I can edit documents. I can see what other people are commenting on and the edits being done.
