What are the best aspects of this product?

UI is simple yet great for everyone. You can put any document you need together with it. If you want, you can do complex things with it. In addition, being able to review and make comments on other people's work via its "tracking changes" functionality is one of the best things with Microsoft Word.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, the formatting would automatically change or won't function as expected. It can be hard to determine how to properly get it working.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was in need of passing information I gathered on the field. I was in need of an approach of organizing things and issuing it to the client. Microsoft Word enabled me to come up with a neat way of writing reports. With it, I can also keep things organized in a simple manner.
