Microsoft continues to be the best word processor in the business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Whether you want to work with a template or build your text document from scratch, you can do all this and more with Microsoft Word. If you choose the former, you’d have a plethora of options that you can tweak and adjust to your liking. It’s very customizable and you can adjust your document’s setting any way that you’d like. Microsoft is quick to call you out on faulty sentence constructions and wrong spellings too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it a little hard to set up some elements in my documents such as page numbers and graphics. Adjusting the margins and the borders can be quite a hassle too. It takes some time for one to fully grasp these commands.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this software mostly to create reports for our customers. With a template in place, it’s now easy for me to just tweak the parts that I need to update. There’s a navigation section too that allows me to create reports and bounce from one panel to the next very easily. I have been able to create these documents more efficiently thanks to all these features.
