MIcrosoft Word may just be only editor that I can recommend to anyone.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Highly flexible. Being a consultant, I collaborate with a number of businesses. MS Word is that standard product with virtually no compataibility problems. It helped me (and the people I constantly collaborate with) to run things in a fluid manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing major. Although the one that could use some improvements is its file size optimization. I'd have to handle intricate docs filled with images and other things. Their size can be problematic at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I virtually use Word on a daily basis. It's great for building and sharing documents with others. Great for working remotely. I'm a content user of Office 365 and Word gives its all within the suite.
