What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is just packed with features that make text and document creation a lot easier. With the templates that it offers—ranging from memos, newsletters, reports, letters, etc.—coming up with a professional-looking document is now within arms reach thanks to this software. It really is everyone’s best friend when it comes to coming up with every type of document.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is one of the tools that I am utterly dependent on. I use this all the time, and even then I have no complaints about it. It’s just the best!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve been creating, editing, and updating my documents with the help of this software. I really like the shortcuts that it provides –this saves me a lot of time especially in the cutting, pasting, and saving of bits and pieces of my document. I cannot imagine what my worklife would be without this tool.
