Still the best in the market!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Admittedly, I forget to save my documents as I go along with my work. With other processors, this would be a problem in case a power interruption occurs. But with Microsoft Word’s autosave feature, I have nothing to be afraid of. The documents are very customizable as well. You can change the text properties, add links, and the like. I also love that one can access this on both desktop and mobile. I appreciate the accessibility that this provides.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, the standard design (the one with background images) can be a little too busy for my liking. I’d like to be able to set the background myself. But other than this personal preference, I don’t have anything bad to say about this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this tool mostly to create documents pertinent to my job. This includes generating letter-type documents as well as surveys.
