Vastly improved the past few years.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using WordPerfect years ago. Back then I was a legal secretary. I never gave a damn about Word. But the product significantly improved over the years and I can now say I recommend it to anyone who wants to create document.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Putting in page numbers can be a tedious job. Paragraph numbering would be a bonus addition.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using Word for making monthly reports to our clients. I kick things off with a template (with header styling). Then I make one continuous document. By flicking on the navigation panel, I get to explore any client's report with ease simply by clicking on their name.
