What are the best aspects of this product?

Not only is installing this tool so easy to do but the process of making a mental map has also been simplified, so that even someone who doesn't have previous training in it can easily grasp the concept and come up with one. Managing and sharing mental maps is also easy to do with this. I like how you can come up with mental maps that are aesthetically-pleasing even if you're not an expert. It only requires an internet connection and it is so easy to scale. I appreciate that it gives me different ways to edit and add graphics, presentations, videos, and photos. As a tool, it is really robust despite its simplicity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that there was an offline version for this tool because that would be a great compliment to how easy it is to use online. The mobile app could also be improved so that it matches the usefulness of the desktop version. I also think that they could improve security as well as backup capacity. I would also appreciate if they allowed collaborator to edit and restore previous mental map versions since currently only the creator of the map can do it. They could also expand on collaborator profiles.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool and the fact that it is an online one, it allows us to adapt to sudden developments and implement any needed changes in real time. This is especially when we are given updated or much more current information while a project is ongoing. Since the market we work in is very dynamic and constantly changing, having this ability has been a really great advantage for us.
