What are the best aspects of this product?

I highly recommend Mindjet! I can easily grab ideas instantly and then structure them later. I can attach graphics/icons and then filter them. Exporting to Word is a very useful functionality. Basically, Mindjet works well with my thinking and communication style. I can create topics and then align them depending on how I perceive my projects to be. It's also effortless to place specific noted per topic and link if I need to.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's bad that Mindjet only allows one image per topic. I wish I can create data flow diagrams ala Vislo. That feature is sorely lacking. Rearranging large maps is also a tough task to perform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Mindjet to construct change management, process documents, establish a benefits hierarchy, and make OCM.org charts.
