What are the best aspects of this product?

It's useful especially when I want to connect multiple ideas when developing a program or planning activities. This also works perfectly with mac and iPhone which makes it more appealing to me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there is a pre-designed template just to help users start and get familiarize with, especially for those that are not creative.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helps us see the bigger picture by connecting small ideas.
