What are the best aspects of this product?

This app is the best of its kind. It's the best among the ones that I've tried. It's easy to use that it allows you to just let your ideas flow without worrying about organizing it right after. The mind maps can be exported into different file types which makes it compatible in many software. I also love the cloud integration because it makes the app accessible anytime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The latest update got me confused because of the changes in the hotkeys. I also wish they would allow users to set and customize their hotkeys.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes note-taking and mindmapping as easy as 1-2-3. Understanding an idea is easier now.
