What are the best aspects of this product?

The copy-paste feature makes it easier for me to encode data and generate different charts/graphs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It slows down a bit when handling massive data. The interface is a bit outdated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We mainly use this in project proposals and planning because it packages the data we need well.
