What are the best aspects of this product?

Minitab is not just for instructional use--it can be used in a professional setting too. It has improved over the years and has become more user-friendly in the process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

MS Excel still trumps Minitab when it comes to selected graphs. However, Minitab is working on it and I look forward to the day it becomes more streamlined. They should also consider enhancing the stem plot but it still is functional so it's not a problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Minitab to conclude when I am working on Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects. With it, I can easily improve different processes.
